We all have our own reasons for which we want to change, mentally, and physically.  To achieve any level of fitness, there are three main factors involved. Exercise, rest, and nutrition.  At first glance, most would put rest as the one that seems easiest to come by, followed by eating right (nutrition), and the most difficult, exercise.  


Believe it or not, quality rest is not as easy as you think.  We all have crazy schedules.  Work is demanding.  things going on in your family.  Sleep is restless, maybe you get up several times throughout the night.  Do you ever really feel like you have gotten enough rest?  probably not, see its not as easy as it sounds!


Good nutrition.  Sure, we all know what we need to do, right?  maybe you've given it a real effort a time or two.  how did that work out?  maybe very successfully!  maybe not so much.  maybe you did well when you were focused, and then "fell off the wagon".  well, we know it's hard to eat well.  There is always some cause to celebrate!


Exercise.  It is not easy.  IT takes motivation.  However, if you can find a form of exercise that you enjoy, and can make it a part of your routine, then exercise is actually the easy part of achieving some level of fitness!  That may not be what you want to hear.  We all wish there was some sort of magic pill, or some quick fix, but we all know better than that too.


MAybe you have  heard the phrase- You can't out exercise a bad diet.  That is true.  Many people exercise regularly, and they achieve great things, yet still struggle to find satisfaction with what they may have been able to accomplish.  We all have our own reasons why we want to change, on the outside, and on the inside.
